Questions about Lysine vitamins for cold sores/fever blisters? - lysine mouth sores
I am someone who really susceptible to cold sores, unfortunately. The stress him, fever, and in the sun. At the moment I have about 4 on the lower lip and one on the corner of the mouth in the sun for 3 hours at a football game. Needless to say, almost sucks lol.
Anyway, I have vitamins, because I heard lysine helps. However, I have a clock in the morning and once in the evening after the sun, the bulbs are out: (. I wonder: Is it bad for more than two a day? "It may take two, or both to be bad for you? Also if I only take vitamins if I get the feeling of a bubble, or should I take regularly?
