I often feel numbness in the fingers and toes, and give you hot under my feet, especially if I have not eaten, or if you're hungry. I also believe that hot flashes and cold sweats when I'm hungry.

It could be hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia. You should have your doc for a blood test to ensure prompt that they are not diabetic.
